The traditions of Bogsch & Partners trace back to a significant past. The Senior Partner of the Firm, Dr. Attila Bogsch, was outside counsel of several multinational companies from as early as the mid 1970s. Throughout the 1980s he assisted a wide variety of foreign investments in Hungary at the establishment of joint ventures and Hungarian subsidiaries.

Straight after the political changes in Hungary, in 1991 Bogsch & Partners was established as an independent law firm. Since then the Firm has been operating with a steadily widening range of Hungarian and foreign clients by increasing the number of attorneys continuously. The Firm is adequately supplied with highly qualified foreign-language paralegals and correspondents. Beside Hungarian and English, most lawyers negotiate and correspond also in German.

Bogsch & Partners and its members are active in numerous international organizations of the legal profession, among others the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK), the Swedish-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce (SHCC), the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Association of Industrial Property Rights (AIPPI), the Licensing Executives Society (LES), the International Association of Competition Law (LIDC) and the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA).

Bogsch & Partners advises national and multinational companies ranging from blue chip companies to mid-size undertakings both as their general legal counsel and also hired for project-based periods of time.
